SmoothPay Payroll Pricing and ongoing costs

SmoothPay charges a single fee for a new licence, regardless of the number of staff you have, and you can try SmoothPay for free before making a purchase decision (we also provide any assistance you need during your evaluation so you can try out our customer service too).

The initial fee covers assistance with migrating data from your old payroll (if any), initial training and ongoing helpdesk assistance and software updates for 12 months.

An ongoing subscription fee is payable on each anniversary of your purchase (cost depends on the number of staff you have) and entitles you to all version updates, tax changes, and helpdesk assistance for another 12 months.
